The art of awareness is to become confident in the unique ray of alchemy that your art work and being offers, as a unique synthesis of your soul seed carried and continuously birthed within a vessel

We invite you to gather

A large piece of paper

Candles

Anything that connects you to your luminosity

Clay ( not air drying clay)

largish Cloth

We invite you as a tuning in

To go for a walk, not brining anything else with you other than yourself and the clay.

As you walk see if you can arrive to the place where you can listen simultaneously to the inside and the outside.

Noticing what messages and echoes journey between these two landscapes and your experience. Gather something from this journey as an expression of this feeling and imbue it into the clay.

We invite you to create a practice

using the energy from each day to form a vessel from clay,

A vessel as a constellation of your unique offering.

Each day shape this vessel with your being

As you shape the vessel allow the process to share with you:

- what quality have you been offered from each person in the group that supports your expansion

- what support do you need from others to allow your vessel to form

- who will your art as service support

- who will be nourished by it

- how can the group allow you to plunge in

Create marks or symbols within the surface of the vessel that explore these questions

Create marks within the vessel that share and reveal these aspects of self in service to the collective

Allow the vessel to shape and form in a way that indicates your unique cycle of creativity from seed to manifestation

Wrap the vessel in a cloth each day or anything else you feel it needs to resist drying

Bring your vessel with you to the Circle on 8th May
